Prepress

SAHARA's graphic artists leverage in-house digital design software and high-resolution scanning equipment to explore creative layout possibilities. We streamline the exchange of press-ready computer files, ensuring efficient workflow, while advanced pre-press techniques ensure precise and high-quality prints. For proofing, we typically offer a soft proof (PDF) or Plotter Proof within 24-48 hours of file upload. Upon request, we can provide Epson digital proofs or Match Print proofs, ensuring accurate previews of your final product.

Offset Printing

SAHARA operates one of the most versatile press rooms in the Middle East, featuring eight Heidelberg Speedmaster Presses capable of eight- four- and two-color printing, capable of printing any number of colors. Integrated with digital pre-press capabilities, our presses maximize efficiency through digital imposition. Each press is equipped with Computer Panel Control CPC 2000, seamlessly integrated into our digital workflow, providing direct access to production data, accelerating setup times, and minimizing startup waste. Precise inking control ensures consistently high print quality.

Binding and Finishing

The final stage in achieving the product's ultimate appearance is crucial and can significantly impact its appeal. SAHARA’s binding department excels in creating durable products designed to endure for generations. Our comprehensive options include saddle stitching, perfect binding, flexi bound, sewn paperback or hardback, and spiral-o-wire binding. In our finishing department, we utilize advanced, specialized machinery to enhance products with intricate effects. This includes dye-cutting, hot foil stamping, embossing or debossing, and a variety of coating options, ensuring each product receives meticulous attention to detail.
